We process and ship orders in 5 days after confirmation of payment. The delivery time may vary but a delivery that takes place entirely within the normality of the process must be completed within 3 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to vacation periods and the COVID-19 pandemic. In some situations, it is possible for products of the same order to be delivered on different days. Deliveries are exempt from customs duties within the EU. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the EU, particularly Switzerland, the customs duties, taxes and other applicable fees will be borne by the customer.
In case the products suffer damage in transit, the customer must contact the customer support service within 24 hours. Thus, Kaya may file a complaint with the insurance company or transport operator regarding the damage caused. If the customer does not notify Kaya of damage in transit within this time, they will not be covered by the customer's legal warranty rights.
Our promise is to guarantee the quality that our customers expect from the products purchased. If a product does not meet these quality criteria, we will refund your purchase. We just need to be contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the delivery date. After this point no refund is possible. If you want us to collect your canceled order, there is a collection fee of 50 €.
